The next meeting is going to take place Germany, on 05-06 October 2015.
The SCM agenda includes an overview of the project progress and a report of each work package leader, in particular on principal achievements and plans for the next reporting period.
The partners are going to discuss the exploitation results of two Brokerage Events organised by the project in Kyiv, Ukraine, and Frankfurt, Germany, the status of the collected technological offers, technological requests and audits carried out in Belarus, Georgia and Ukraine.
As well, particular attention will be paid to the status of the partners’ dissemination activities and the status preparation of the project most important deliverables those of Dissemination and Exploitation Plan and Project Handbook.
Researchers, businesses and innovators from Ukraine will now be able to fully participate in Horizon 2020, the EU research and innovation funding programme, on equal terms with EU Member States and other associated countries.
President Petro Poroshenko signed the Law 'On Ratification of the Agreement with the EU Regarding Ukraine’s Participation in the Programme Horizon 2020'. The Law was adopted by the Parliament on 15 July 2015.
The Head of State also signed the Law 'On Ratification of the Agreement (in the Form of Exchange of Notes) between Ukraine and the European Union on Restoration of the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on Scientific and Technological Cooperation'. The Parliament adopted the given Law on 15 July 2015.
The agreement was signed on 03 March 3 2015 in Brussels. The document creates proper conditions for the efficient use of scientific-technical potential and protects the intellectual property.
On 3 June 2015,the Director of the Innovation Association 'Republican Center for Technology Transfer' (RCTT) Dr. Alexander Uspensky and the Chairman of the Presidium of the Association of legal entities 'Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship' (RCE) Mr. Vladimir Karyagin signed with the European Commission (EC) a Cooperation Agreement under Article 7 (COSME) on the realisation of the project Business Cooperation Centre 'Enterprise Europe Network Belarus' (BCC EEN Belarus). On the part of the EC the Agreement was signed by the Head of the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) Mr. Jose Puigpelat.
The trainings of the NoGAP project took place in Minsk on 8-11 June 2015.
The organisers of the trainings were the Republican Centre for Technology Transfer (RCTT); the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University (BSATU); the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania with the support of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Association of Legal Entities 'Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship' .
The organisers of the event: the Steinbeis-Europa-Zentrum (SEZ) and the German Aerospace Center (DLR) with the support of RCTT and other partners of the project NoGAP. Among the organisers three contact points of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) - SEZ, RCTT and Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
