ZIM - The Central Innovation Program for SMEs

Deadline: 31 December 2019
The Central Innovation Program for SME ZIM (Zentrales Innovationsprogramm Mittelstand) is a funding program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) with business operations in Germany which want to develop new or significantly improve existing products, processes or technical services. Public, private non-profit research & technology organisations (RTO) acting as a cooperation partner of a SME are also eligible for ZIM-funding.
Applications can be submitted continuously until 31 December 2019.

PENTA - Eureka, Call for projects

Deadline: 15 March 2016
PENTA, a new EUREKA cluster is pleased to announce its 1st call for projects. The purpose of PENTA is to catalyse research, development and innovation in areas of micro- and nanoelectronics enabled systems and applications across the value chain - where there is shared high national and industrial interest. The first call will focus on the strategic challenges in Automotive, Healthcare, Production. In all applications it is recognised that security, connectivity and energy efficiency are essential crosscutting contributors.

5th Fed4FIRE Open Call for SME experimenters

Deadline: 9 March 2016 | Feasibility check deadline: 02 March 2016
Once an SME is selected to perform the proposed experiment, it will be contracted by the project coordinator (iMinds) as subcontractor. This implies that the administrative load for the applicant will be minimal as only an invoice needs to be submitted to iMinds at the end of the experiment with a description of tasks performed and results achieved as well as an evaluation on the use of the federated testbeds and its tools. This final report will be required before payment will be carried out.
